October is a busy month at Norwich Cathedral with the arrival of the Hostry Festival, Bishop's day of celebration, science festival events, music and services.

From Sunday 15th the Hostry Festival returns for its seventh year, with the programme featuring a production of The Eagle Has Two Heads, Paint Out Norwich, the Norfolk Arts Awards and much more. For full details and to book tickets visit

A day for everyone across the Diocese to come together and be inspired about mission, explore different styles of prayer, take part in music workshops and perform in a scratch choir. Plus, there will be special activities for children and young people.

The day is free to attend and no booking is required - just come along on the day and please bring others with you from your parish, benefice or community. It is an event for people of all ages. Click here for more information
