North Sea Voices and Orchestra is a professional ensemble based in coastal North Norfolk. Alongside Fauré's beautiful Requiem, this Passiontide concert features the world première of Dr Self's highly tuneful and harmonically rich Sea Requiem which, in addition to the traditional Latin texts, includes settings of poems about the sea by Keats, Dickinson and Whitman.
