Leading the Way in Drayton 

The Way Church is an independent, non-denominational, rebranded expression of church celebrating its inaugural service on the Drayton Hall site on Sunday March 3 at 10am.
 

The new name for the church, formerly Together Loving Christ, has emerged in recognition of the early Christians who were known as Followers of The Way and reflects the desire of the fellowship to return to the ways of the early church in both simplicity and devotion. There are no employed staff and every person who attends is considered a vital part of the community with a valid voice. 

The Way Church has a strong leadership team in Nick, Claire, Alistair and Kiera who have worshipped together for several years. Collectively, they have a wide range of experience in church leadership, youth work, high school assemblies and church administration. The strength of their connection is in their unity and desire to serve which they believe is the blueprint Jesus left for the Church - to be united in service.

Kiera said “We are followers of Jesus Christ and see our faith as a spiritual journey of growth and a Way of Life rather than a religion. In this respect, we see ourselves as apprentices under Jesus, endeavouring to learn and live his Way of Love and Service every day.” 

The Way Church is made up of people from diverse backgrounds who regard each other as family and everyone is welcome.
