Position: Lead Business Support Officer – Talking Therapies Collaborative (Maternity Cover)
Pay: £11.68 per hour
Location: YMCA Norfolk Communities Offices, Waldegrave, Norwich
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week

Job Role: 
Provide business, coordination, and administrative support for the Talking Therapies Collaborative project. To support the talking Therapies Collaborative to deliver continuous quality improvement through the commissioning of high-quality services for the local population. Ensure reports are collated as instructed. To ensure that all data is sent from all involved agencies and relationships are well maintained. To assist the Therapists in inputting information to ensure our Key Performance Indicators are met. To input data for Mental Health Services Data Sets an NHS requirement. To support our collaborative members in the management systems used by YMCA Norfolk. To input/collate information and send to external partners as and when required. To pick up referrals from our funders and ensure these are logged and actioned as required. The Organisation:

What you’ll need to succeed:
You will have experience providing a high level of administration within a team, and wider staff team on an ad hoc basis. You will have brilliant attention to detail and a rigorous approach to best practice. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, sufficient to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff and external contacts and line manage the Business Support Officer. Due to the nature of the work, there may be unsociable hours of early mornings, evenings and weekends.
